Max Healthcare Maps Out Move Into Medical Colleges

Following its board meeting on August 13, Max Healthcare Institute Ltd has received in-principle approval to venture into medical education. The initiative capitalizes on proposed regulatory changes by the National Medical Commission (NMC) that would permit companies incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, to establish and operate medical colleges. Operating over 6,000 beds across 21 facilities, this expansion allows Max Healthcare to bridge clinical delivery with professional medical training.
